Welcome to Sauna Boyz (SBZ) – where the heat is sizziling and the vibes are scneitlating. Born from the fresh hit of Florida sun, prestine beaches and the never ending energy of Miami, we're more than just a brand; we're a way of life. 

Who are the Sauna Boyz? The Sauna Boyz consists of Büd Gnarly and Sean Saley. A friendship born out of hard rock and college football gamedays, Büd and Sean were inspired one faithful day at a Korean Spa in Atlanta, Georgia. Our mission is to seek the health truths and fitness enlightenment through honest discussion all while sweating it out!!!
